Please may we ask how to integrate our Spirituality (Light and Sound) with our Earthly lives?

The Love, Peace and Stillness that you find inside should be harnessed in every part of your lives. If you do this then your time on Earth will be fruitful and your lessons learnt.

However, that is not what usually happens as most people will keep their Spiritual lives and Earthly lives separate.
