(N) you are definitely on the right lines with your ideas about preparing people for longer for Initiation.

Does that make them better Teachers? Are they likely to Meditate more after Initiation? Not necessarily – but there is at least more chance. Let Us have more consideration of this question. There is a lot of details We need to consider.

There are many people on (Y)’s Path that had to wait many months before they were Initiated. Really, it’s the yearning for the Truth that makes people carry on Meditating after Initiation. It was relatively easy for you and (M) to become Teachers – the reason being, that you were:

•Teachers anyway.
•(Y) gave you the knowledge that he had and you were able to build on that.
