If an Adept is Initiating does he/she give the Sound Energy? This is a hands on Initiation.

Yes – if the Adept is doing the Initiations by touch, then it’s a good idea to do the Sound Energy. If it is done in this way, then the new Initiate can be taught about the two Energies.
